Caramel Marshmallow Popcorn
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
10-12 regular sized marshmallows
12 cups POPPED corn
Directions:
Cook popcorn according to instructions, removing any unpopped kernels, and setting aside.
In medium saucepan melt butter and brown sugar over low heat.
Increase heat to medium, adding marshmallows while stirring until completely melted together and mixture is smooth.
Pour over popped corn making sure to evenly coat the popcorn. Serve warm or store in air-tight container!
Quick Tip: This recipe may also be prepared in microwave, following each step, but allowing ingredients to melt together for a minute or two in a microwave safe bowl verses stovetop!
